Melon with Creamy Dipping Sauce

- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp coconut extract (optional)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 cups diced honeydew or cantaloupe melon or seedless grapes or strawberries
- Combine all ingredients except fruit in a small serving bowl.
- Place bowl in center of serving platter and arrange fruit around bowl to serve.
