Directions from Tampa International Airport to CCS Medical, Tampa, FL

• Exit the Airport and follow the signs towards I-275 North (or Downtown).
• Take the exit to get onto I-275 North.
• Continue to head North and look for the exit to I-4, Orlando, which will be Exit 45B, it will be to your right.
• Take the exit.
• Continue until you get to the exit for Highway 301.
• Take the exit and merge to your right once you get off the exit.
• Follow 301 for about 4 miles or so and you will come to Adamo Drive, which is also called State Road 60.
• At State Road 60/Adamo you will need to make a left.
• Stay in your right hand lane once on Adamo and continue until Falkenburg Road, which is about a mile up the road.
• At Falkenburg you will make a right.
• Go to Palm River Road, make a right, follow about a ½ mile until you come to Ware Blvd.
• We are right at the corner.
• The address is 615 S. Ware Blvd.

CCS Medical (Tampa) to Airport

• Exit the office complex and make a right onto Palm River Road.
• Continue about ¼ mile until the traffic light, which is Highway 301.
• Make a right onto 301. Continue on 301 until you come to the exits for I-4.
• You will need to take I-4 West.
• Continue on I-4 West until you come to exits for 275.
• Take 275 South for a few miles and you will start to see the signs for the Airport.
• Follow the signs and you will be right there!
