Mr. Geldart joined the company in 2002. Previously, he was a partner with the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP where he Co-Chaired the firm's National Health Law Practice Group. Mr. Geldart focused on risk management, regulatory matters, managed care, fraud and abuse, and acquisitions.

Mr. Geldart received a BA in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in 1986, and a JD from Stetson University College of Law in 1988.
