Michael Geldart joined CCS Medical in July 2002 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. From October of 2004 to December 2006, Mr. Geldart served as our Chief Operating Officer and from July 2002 to October 2004 he served as our General Counsel. Mr. Geldart has over 14 years of executive management experience, most recently as a Partner and Co-Chair of the National Health Law Practice Group of Holland & Knight LLP, a global law firm with over 1,000 lawyers.

Mr. Geldart has been responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of a large-scale company integration, beginning in July 2004. Mr. Geldart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law.
