Crockpot Baked Beans
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 10
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 oz lean ground beef
- 1 24-oz can vegetarian baked beans
- 1 12-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 16-oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- ½ tsp maple extract
- Cook the onion, bacon, and beef over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a Crockpot.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook on medium for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
